1) Cancel/Change Order

Contact us at support@backspacetg.com within 12 hours to cancel or change the order. If the order is fulfilled when you notify our customer service,it can not be canceled or modified.

2) Shipping costs

Express Shipping:$15
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may apply to your country. BACKSPACE is not responsible for such fees.

3) Delivery

4) Tax/Customs fees

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that apply to their parcel.If the customs fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. BACKSPACE only arranges a refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
